A man believed to be a homeless cat went by the name of Detroit was found floating in the water at Buffalo Bayou in Houston, Texas. Police have not yet determined if he was shot or stabbed to death. Article says "witnesses say" about 30 people sleep under a bridge overpass each night; yet none could be found to help police with the investigation.
