Would you trust a homeless person?

Would you trust a homeless person?

Hard to say. I trusted many homeless people, depended upon them for survival. I have trusted homed people only to be hurt by them. However, I think it is best for homed people to be careful in trusting homeless people as a general rule. A neighbor, where I lived on Broadway, let some homeless people stay in her back yard when she was away on vacation. Came home to find they had broken into her home and robbed her.

At the Winter Shelter temporarily in a church basement, Christmas Eve service, a homeless person stole gold crucifix and some other items. I also knew several homeless people who shoplifted, not to mention other crimes of theft. Yet I was homeless and a homed person could trust me. Lots of people like me out there on the streets, I think.

Postscript: This just in: If you meet Londus C. Dupree, he is a homeless person you can not trust. Might say he is not responsible, malignant narcissistic personality traits. Do not know how people develop the disorder, nor why they manage to find me. Not the first time I have been burned by one of them. Hope it is the last.

Whoever posted this, I was wondering if you could elaborate about Londus C. Dupree and why he shouldn't be trusted? Someone very close to me has befriended him, and reading this obviously has me alarmed.

Will, where do I contact you for details. I am at gmail ~ alyceclover. Here I will just say he makes up tall tales which sound quite believable. He sounds so sincere it is hard to realize he is not truthful.
