Spam Free

I have a spam free email account that I do not share with anyone, even close friends and family. The reason is I do not trust anyone not to send me forwards. Most forwards are harmless and cute. But many of them are started by cybercriminals whose aim is phishing for e'dresses that they can spam with advertisements. At best. At worst they steal them using them to spam other people to avoid detection. Spam is against the law.

A man I met on the streets had his e'dress stolen and it is spamming me with links that look a lot like the type Koobface virsus spreaders use. I know Henry's habits or should I say habit of seldom sending me an email. I wondered why he suddenly started sending me links to photos of Australia or something like that. Did not sound like him, delete.

After a while I either sent him a message via Facebook or posted comment on his wall. As mentioned, do not think he spent much time checking emails. No, he was not sending me the stuff and blah, blah, blah.

Reason spam free e'dress on mind, that is the one I use for Associated Content subscription notifications. Have several old, way old, emails saved so I can post links to articles about homelessness here.

Seems simple enough, copy the URLs to Notepad. At the time was reading them via the library computer and saved some URLS to my Drafts at the spam filled e'dress. See they are both Gmail accounts and Gmail will not let me open them both on the same computer at the same time.

I was in the mood to do this tonight, but since Blogger will not open unless I open the spam filled account, it is a royal pain in the butt...
