What Are You Hungry For? is Deepak Chopra's book outlining the solution to weight gain and losing weight.

I doubt that is the reason I gained belly fat is due to stress about a con man hoodwinking not only gullible citizens, but our elected officials. I thought I could rest easy after he lost the election. Hello Jan. 6th, I guess not. It does not end. Is the United States of America soon to become a dictatorship run by the trump mob? So although I do not think I am stressed, I guess I am. Constant fear that the trump-pets still support him. Sad.

Belly fat it is a typical age related problem From what I read, as females age, past child bearing years, the backside fat moves to the belly. An aunt told me that we gain ten pounds a year after age 50. I did not. I was the same weight since age 15. Exception wss when I was married and hoovered around 102 pounds. I could not eat when I was stressed, and life was constant terror with that man (than husband.)

Hello COVID followed by diagnosis of Mantle Cell Lymphoma. Two hospital stays, the second 30 days. Talk about stress anger. I was moved to rehab where I weighed in at 80 pounds. 80? Unbelievable. I had to drink Ensure. I could only eat 1/2 of those Asian Noodle bowls I loved. A few hours later, I could finish the second 1/2 of what used to be a one meal dish.

What happened after that? I do not remember. I was at doctor appointment and weighted in at 126 pounds. I lost 2" of height, so I am not simply 16 pounds over my normal weight, I think I should weigh less than my adult lifetime of 110. I started counting calories, and using bike pedal every night. I was down to 121, and right back up to 122, 123, 124 and this AM ~ 125.  I eat too much, I guess. Maybe in those noodle bowl days I got my body used to eating 5 or more meals a day, due to not being able to eat much at one sitting.

Deepak says to make a contract with him ~ to follow his steps for 30 days and he guarantees weight loss. Do not know if I will commit to 30 days, already tired of reading the book.
