Neighborhood Lounge?

Did a homeless person drag the chair into the recess to enjoy a Corona or did a neighbor think it a good spot to discard unwanted furniture? The Corona in black plastic bag did not show up in photo; black clump behind chair is a bedroll, which is why I assume the emptied bottle of beer was consumed by a homeless person. When I returned to retake the photo the next morning, the chair was tipped upside down.

The fence runs along the alley behind my building. Property has four boarded up bungalows. I was told they have been like that for twenty years. Recently the owner has been doing work on the property; clearing weeds, painting the buildings which is why I know he did not place this on property outside the fence.

Fence junction in right corner has been repaired. It had been bent in a curve. A homeless guy squeezed through that small space. I never saw him go into any of the buildings; just saw him entering and leaving property.

Postscript: Blogger spellcheck will not give correct spelling of alcove if one spells it encove. used enclave. Checked definition and that does not describe the little area besides the fence. Changed it to recess, which I guess is the correct word.
