Not much to say about this photo except I liked the new art work and the tiny palm tree at the corner. I often sat on the ledge after walking up the hill waiting on the traffic light to change. Unbalance feeling, felt safer to sit there than to stand. I used to wonder how homeless got to the other side of the construction fence. There was a ledge, maybe ten feet wide and twice as long, then a sharp drop to the parking lot down below.
That ledge is in process of being torn down.
Oh, I vaguely recall, hill access from the parking lot, a wire fence, broken down is how the homeless got up there, I suppose. Lack of memory due to hill already gone.
And, of course the little palm tree growing out of the concrete which caught my eye, is barely visible in photo.
