I went to the 2009 Ducky Awards at Rec Park. Shad left a message saying there was a blues band, which was my incentive to show up. The female singer had a great voice. The other musicians were great. The band was not. Maybe it was the sound system or choice of songs.
I had a secret chuckle when someone was showing off the Ducky Award ~ all handmade, he said, not cheap, mass produced trophies.
