I do not recall any signs giving advance notice where mostly Eddie & Shorty stored their blankets and stuff during the day. The beach cleaning crew or park workers would periodically come by, removing and discarding everything hidden in the bushes. The guys (or lady as case might be) were nice about it, giving Eddie notice that they would be by the next day.
A while ago I noticed someone had some sort of tent set up along the bluff; complete with shopping cart. It was messy and in plain view of anyone walking along especially if they stopped at the railing to view the ocean.
