Tried several angles to get a photo showing the water in both of these attached water fountains. The child size water fountain was clogged with leaves; standing water dirty or burnt orange in color. The adult size fountain's water was likewise clogged only its water was murky green.
These fountains are at Bixby Park located along Ocean Blvd. and First Street. These two in particular are usually a lot a cleaner; drank from them many a-time both homed and homeless. That is why the screens placed over the water well and drain make perfect sense.
